Free Shipping Everyday!

We offer "Free Shipping" on all Massage Chair Wellness orders shipping to any destination in the lower 48 states (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping). All massage chair orders include free standard curbside delivery. There are no hidden charges or handling fees. All shipments also include full shipping insurance. This service includes delivery of package(s) directly to the curbside at the end of your driveway. This service is strictly delivery. We always recommend that two people be available to assist in bringing the box(es) into your home or business, as most chairs in total parcel include two to three boxes and can weigh upwards of 250 to 300 lbs. Please know that standard curbside delivery does not include over the threshold delivery, installation, or debris removal. We do however, offer for an additional $250.00, White Glove Delivery. See details below.

Upon completing your order, Massage Chair Wellness will email an electronic order confirmation, and subsequent shipping notification and tracking numbers, so that you will be informed every step of the way.

Delivery & Installation Service Available ($250.00)

We are happy to offer inside delivery and installation on all massaging recliners, also known as White Glove Delivery, for an additional flat fee of $250.00. This is a comprehensive delivery and set-up service which includes scheduled delivery (climbing up a maximum of two flights of stairs), unpacking, product installation, including comprehensive operational check-list, and finally removal of all debris and packing materials from the set-up site. Generally, the installation will take about one hour.

Upon completing your order, Massage Chair Wellness will email an electronic order confirmation, and subsequent shipping notification and tracking numbers as appropriate. We want our customers to be informed every step of the way. The product ships to a local delivery terminal, and upon arrival, a schedule and delivery call will be set-up. All White Glove Deliveries are performed between 8:00am and 5:00pm M-F - generally with a four hour delivery window. We ask that you please be sure to include any special instructions at this time, if there are any tricky driveways, or delivery circumstances.

Delivery will be made, as scheduled, via lift-gate truck; the driver
is responsible for transport and unloading.

IMPORTANT!

ALWAYS INSPECT THE PRODUCT BEFORE SIGNING the Proof of Delivery.

Whether you order standard curbside delivery or delivery with installation - you will be asked to sign the Proof of Delivery.

Minor superficial damage to packacking: If you see what appears to be superficial damage to the packaging - but feel that the products was not damaged, sign the proof of delivery - but be sure to ALWAYS clearly notate the damage.
If REFUSING the package due to damage, be sure to clearly notate that on the POD.

Visible damage to package and product: If the any parcel has clear visible damage, REFUSE THE SHIPMENT.
Many massage chairs are delivered on a pallet with 3 or 4 boxes. You only need to refuse receipt of the damaged box. After refusing any shipment, call Massage Chair Wellness immediately, and the process to reship a brand new replacement parcel will commence. 1-888-978-5285

Cancellations | Returns | Exchanges

60 Day - Returns - FLAT $250 Fee

Don't love your massage chair? You can return your order within 60 days from the purchase date, for any reason - for FLAT FEE $250*.

A massage chair purchased for the advertised price (or quoted as an in-store sale price), if returned within 60 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund (excluding White Glove fees which are non-refundable), less $250 to cover cost of original shipping.

If returned within 60 days of purchase date, you would receive a full refund, minus $250 for the original shipping. Upgrades like indoor setup service are non refundable.
Massage chair must be repackaged in it's original packaging, and must include all parts, hardware, controller and accessories. Customer must call us at 888-978-5285 for a Return Merchandise Authorization , (RMA#), and to schedule pick-up. Any package shipped to our facility without an RMA# will be refused, and returned to shipper at the shippers expense. Upon receipt and inspection, a full refund will be processed.
(Applies to standard shipping only. Upgrades for delivery and assembly services are always are non refundable).

Actual shipping charges can cost upwards of $800 depending upon your location. We also do not advertise "No Risk - In Home Free Trial" then charge you $400, as other retailers do. Restocking Fees you ask? No - Never. We are one of the only authorized dealers that does not charge restocking fees! Industry standard is 15-20% restocking fee - so be cautious!

* Exclusions:

Free Returns only applies to orders made at our advertised on-line price or quoted in-store sale pricing; "Instant Savings" discounts are ok, too. Purchases made at negotiated discounts off our advertised price can also be returned within 60 days, with a full refund minus original and return shipping costs up to (new packaging and and white glove services /assembly upgrades are always non-refundable).
Upgrades for threshold delivery and white glove delivery fees, are non-refundable.
Cost for replacement packaging is responsibility of consignee.
Luraco and OHCO brands. Due to the weight of the products, and the expense incurred when shipping, returning shipping for this product is a flat $800.00. Reminder, White Glove service fees are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason, you need or decide to cancel your order you can do so free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, but before your chair has shipped, there is a cancellation charge of $150.00. If you cancel on or after the day your massage chair has shipped, our 60-Day Return Policy will apply. When the factory and extended warranty periods have passed, the owner of the chair becomes liable for the cost of parts and labor, should anything go wrong with their chair. Parts can be purchased from the massage chair companies, but getting a technician into your home to install the part(s) is totally your responsibility and can be quite expensive.

Massage chair purchased on or after 12/31/18, will include a 2 Year Labor Warranty, after the Manufacturer's Warranty expires. If you experience a problem with your massage chair, after expiration of the Manufacturer's Warranty, you will appeal first the manufacturer for initial diagnostics and if required, parts purchase. Then, you call Massage Chair Wellness, Inc. at 888-978-5285 and we will take care of the rest.

Let's review, your massage chair purchase is covered by a full 2 Year Labor Warranty, in effect upon expiration of original Manufacturer's Warranty(s). These conditions apply: 1) The parts for your massage chair model are available through the manufacturer. 2) Your area is servicable by the nation-wide networks contracted by Massage Chair Wellness, Inc. 3) Provided the massage chairs has not been deemed "unsalvagable".

All labor performed under your 2 Year Worry-Free Labor Warranty, is carried out by the nation's leading providers of in-home service and repairs. Our contractors' technicians are certified in massage chair repair, and fully insured. Provided you are within range of a service provider, you will be fully covered for in-home labor repair - for a full ten year period.
Warranty is applicable only to purchases from Massage Chair Wellness, Inc. and within the continental United States.
Your labor warranty coverage is for in-home service of your massage chair only. If the massage chair is deemed beyond repair, Massage Chair Wellness, Inc. will at no time, ship the chair for diagnostics. Massage Chair Wellness, Inc. will at no time replace the chair.
“Beyond repair” refers to chairs that cannot be repaired by a qualified technician based on the diagnosis of your chair’s problem. Other factors that may determine your chair’s “repair-ability” include the age of your chair, discontinued models/parts, severity of damage, and availability of parts from the massage chair manufacturer.
Labor coverage does not include any loss or damage resulting from: improper installation; unauthorized repairs; alterations or modifications of original condition; improper use of electrical/power supply, loss of power; electrical disturbances and power surges; dropped product; a malfunction or damage resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; transportation damage; theft; abuse; misuse; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions); loss of use during the period the product is awaiting parts or repair; and products not purchased from Massage Chair Wellness, Inc. Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
Labor coverage applies only to repairs to the massage chair; it does not provide for any maintenance or preventative coverage.
All parts costs, to include cost of part, taxes, shipping, etc., are the responsibility of the warranty holder, and are not included in this warranty.
Labor coverage is inclusive of 1.) actual physical replacement of any malfunctioning part provided through the manufacturer and purchased by the warranty holder ; 2.) up to 2 visits per incident to your home diagnose/repair the problem.
Coverage area is determined by the national technician networks, or if a local Massage Chair Wellness customer, our own team of technicians, when the problem arises. If the contractor determines that they do not have a tech that services your area, there will not be any coverage for your chair.
Massage Chair Wellness, Inc. guarantees coverage of labor costs (up to 2 visits per incident) within the 25 mile radius of a network certified technician. Any residence beyond that radius will be charged $1.00/mile to and from your home. A zip code database will allow us to let you know at the time of your call if your zip code falls within a 25 mile radius or will require additional travel charges. There may not be a qualified technician in your area at all, in which case no one can be dispatched.
Any change, modifications or amendments to the 2 Year Worry-Free Labor Warranty, are the sole discretion of Massage Chair Wellness, Inc.
