The Osaki OS-Pro First Class is without question the most popular massage chair for petite to average size people in our showroom, for people seeking an excellent neck/shoulder specifically but also an exceptional full body experience. Mild to Deep tissue massage, but never too intense. The roller mechanism is firm, the chair is gorgeous, the interior faux leather is high grade and so soft against the skin. This is a wonderful immersive experience. Especially when on sale for $4,999.

3D Rollers J-Type Track (shorter Neck to Glutes)
Excellent neck and shoulder program. With the unique "Grip" technique, not available on any other massage chair, the First Class' rollers work the neck and shoulders, One button depth control up to 5 levels of intensity. Like the Osaki Maestro, the auto-programs are designed to more replicate a human massage experience. Starting in one area, working it gently, graduating to the next, etc. This roller mechanism also seems to gently pivot or flex instead of being rigid. Again, feels more like human hands. This chair fits best people from a petite 4'11" to Average 6' under 245 lbs. (Need something comparable but for larger stature? - Consider Luraco Legend or the Luraco i7 Plus for Big & Tall)

The technology in the Osaki First Class is absolutely state of the art, and it is loaded with new features. Honestly, anything I write about this massage chair, will be an understatement. I will just run out of superlative adjectives - so I apologize if the review reads redundant.

The roller mechanism in this chair is precision and tight, but does not feel robotic. The rollers can be adjusted 3 different depths - with a touch of the screen, as well as 3 width adjustments. When you put it in the "Spine Care" massage - the mechanism moves so fast you can almost hear it "whirring". The only other chair that has this precision "tight" mechanism in my opinion is the Luraco i7 Plus. The spine care relief program is just outstanding.

The advanced mechanism has the unique capability of moving both clockwise AND counterclockwise massage strokes. Again, this is HUGE! It simply doubles the effectiveness of the strokes / and relief by attacking the muscle from different directions, with the same stroke. This is particularly effective and apparent when using the above mentioned "Frozen Shoulder" program. While extending out and sitting ON the traps (tops of shoulders - a VERY hard position for most massage chairs to achieve) the mechanism will do a partial knead stroke clockwise (pushing DOWN on the traps), then reverses the stroke. This can be felt throughout many of the auto programs. You will definitely want to read about the auto-programs this chair offers below, too. Do not miss it.

The mechanism also includes the "Grasp" movement. This is what truly sets this chair apart when it comes to the massaging of the neck & shoulders. The rollers protrude out to the sides of the neck (again, most massage chair rollers can not extend outward to this degree), and glides up and down the neck pressing in and rolling in. But it also can grasp the neck and also the traps - like a human hand. I suffer from a weak neck and soft tissue damage in the neck and shoulders.

Full Body Air Massage
Independent Operation of Chair and Leg rest Air.  Many massage chairs include an excellent air compression system. What again sets the Osaki OS-Pro First Class apart? The air compression operates separately - for massage chair and the leg rest. This is allows for customization of the air system, that can not be found in any other massage chair. So, for me, the air compression on the calf - especially during the stretch, is too intense. In the First Class, I can adjust it from 3 (most intense) to a 1 (mild), or even turn the air compression in the legrest off - during an auto program. While, at the same time, enjoying the firmest (level 3) compression in the arms, back, shoulders. Unique to this chair.

Gliding Calf/KNEE Massager
One of the only massage chairs with independent calf section that can be raised or lowered and one of the only massage chairs to offer true knee massage.

Large Tablet Style Touch Screen Remote
Excellent interface with tablet style remote. Allows you to turn on/off any feature during any program - anytime.  
25 incredibly well defined massage programs from general to very targeted - i.e. Stress Relief, Frozen Shoulder, Meridian Treatment, Brain Relief.  

The Most Customizable
Only massage chair that integrates intensity adjustments INTO an already running auto-program. In all other massage chairs, you can not truly adjust the maximum depth or the intensity of the massage - DURING the program. You may be able to temporarily make an adjustment, but during the next phase of the auto-program, it will return to the default mode.

3 User Memory
Customers regularly ask about memory. There are only a few (Luraci i7 Plus, and a few Japanese models) that have any build or user memory. The Osaki OS-Pro First Class includes recall for 3 different configurations.  

BOTTOM LINE - This is an excellent massage chair, especially when on sale for $4,499. If you want deep foot reflexology, consider the Osaki Paragon 4D or Otamic Sedona 4D by Osaki.

Heated back and foot rollers!  Not to be underestimated - full heat from neck to glutes offers highly therapeutic relaxation and preparation of sore or aching muscles - and it is one of only a few chairs to include heat in the foot! It is again, one of the few chairs that you can turn the two heat zones on/off separate AND increase or decrease 5 levels of heat.

The side airbags, in combination with the shoulder and back air, offers excellent torso twist and stretching. Similar to the experience you get at the chiropractor. Also, with the multi-angle L-Track and side airbags, you will receive excellent traction and stretch in the Paragon.

BOTTOM LINE: The Osaki OS-Pro Paragon, is an outstanding product, with a number of state of the art features. It offerS from gentle to very intense therapy. This massage chair has many features of chair in the $8K+ range; great value.  The foot and leg can be too intense for some people, if you prefer a more gentle experience, consider the Osaki OS-Pro First Class.

3D | 4D LONG L-TRACK FULL BODY MASSAGE CHAIR

The Osaki Ekon Massage Chair! This chair without question the most popular high end massage chair in our showroom, for those looking for a full-on, intense, aggressive overall massage.

3D | 4D Rollers with Long L-Track (Long Neck to Glutes)
Excellent neck and shoulder program. One button depth control up to 5 levels of intensity. Like the Osaki Maestro, the auto-programs are designed to more replicate a human massage experience. Starting in one area, working it gently, graduating to the next, etc. This roller mechanism also seems to gently pivot or flex instead of being rigid. Again, feels more like human hands.

IMPORTANT FEATURE: True 3D/4D allows for one touch depth control during the auto-program! What does that mean? It means that everyone can enjoy the excellent choreography of each pre-programmed massage, at any level of depth. Most entry level, mid price massage chairs do not allow the user to change / adjust the depth DURING an auto program. So, if a particular auto program selection is too firm, a different more gentle program must be selected.  

Intense Air Massage & Foot Roller Massage
The air compression at level 5 is incredibly firm (I usually stand with people trying this chair, to quickly turn down the air if it gets too intense.) Air bag coverage is extensive - and again, highly recommended for taller larger users (as well as petite), as the size of the arm canals and airbags will accommodate larger extremeties, and the user will get airbag coverage from finger tip to beyond the elbow. Same holds true for the thigh airbags and adjustable shoulder airbags. Average thigh airbags measure 10-12 inches, while the Ekon/Sedona has approx 16".

Calf Rubbing (oscilliating) and Calf Rollers - Again, can be very intense and firm if desired. Also aids in firm grasp of calf/foot during the stretch. 3 Reflexology Rollers per foot - for what can be one of the most stimulating / aggressive foot massages (comparable to Osaki OS-Pro Paragon above). In our showroom, we have foot pads to mitigate the intensity for people who just can't take the depth of the roller.  

Surprising Deep Recline
Most L-Tracks will recline, then there are the hinged L-Tracks which open fully horizontally, then there is the Ekon/Sedona with a standard L-Track, but a steep recline (50 degrees) incredibly deep, almost to the point of inversion. Provides an almost hyperflex stretch - like you get in the Daiwa Supreme Hybrid (not AS extensive - but pretty great!).

Everything about this chair is quality. The exterior is tough extruded plastic, while the interior is covered in a very soft yet durable high grade PU. Manufactured in the top facility in China, the quality is outstanding.

Neck & Shoulders
Relief for neck and shoulders is fundamental, but it is not easy to find a massage chair that can either reach or manage to massage the side of neck and top of shoulders. It is one of the primary features that people as me about. Because this is a 4D chair, the rollers can extend out an additional almost 2 inches than most chairs. That extension allows the rollers to hit the sides of the neck and rest on top of shoulders. And, because the massage track is so long, the rollers can also move up the back of the skull pushing the head forward and stretching the neck. The added extraordinary benefit of the enhanced speed means you can set the rollers to literally crawl up and down the neck/spine - rolling deeply. Relief like you will not find in any other chair.

Sophisticated Rollers & Programs
The sophistication introduced in the design of the auto-programs, is immediately apparent. Unlike most massage chairs, when the auto-program commences, the rollers begin slowly working the low back, in only a small focused area, then moves gradually up the back in this same manner, warming and prepping the muscles for the more vigorous strokes later in the program.

Heated Ceramic Rollers Neck to Glute!
The heated ceramic rollers, are mild, yet effective, and the benefits are felt from neck to glutes. Most massage chairs have lumbar heat only. To get heat on the neck and shoulders, mid back and glutes, is of great benefit to the body.

Functional Quick Keys
Another exceptional feature, is the quick side keys - specifically the - depth control keys. When you are in both auto programs and manual mode, and, you can literally control the depth, make the massage lighter or deeper using the "+" or "-" keys. This is important. With most 3D chairs, you must increase the depth, fully, to restore the rollers to a more neutral position.

Oscillating Calf Massager
Also remarkable is the introduction of the oscillating calf massager (just like Osaki Ekon) Most of the high end massage chairs today, still have the older style, stationary calf massage.

A slim touchscreen controller is a departure from the button remotes, but there is a little learning curve. BlueTooth, iPhone & Droid apps to operate your chair from your phone - are a very convenient alternative to the remote. Let's not forget high definition speakers!
