Massage is the manipulation of superficial layers of muscle and connective tissue to enhance the function and promote relaxation and well-being. Peer-reviewed medical research has shown that the benefits of massage include pain relief, reduced trait anxiety and depression, and temporarily reduced blood pressure, heart rate, and state of anxiety.

Pain and stress relief: Relief from pain due to musculature injuries and other causes is cited as a major benefit of massage. In one study, cancer patients self-reported symptomatic relief of pain. Acupressure or pressure point massage could be beneficial in relieving back pain.

Massage Chair Wellness offers "Free Shipping" on all orders being delivered to any destination in the lower 48 states (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping). All massage chair orders include free curbside delivery. There are no hidden charges or handling fees. All shipments also include full shipping insurance. This service includes delivery of package(s) directly to the curbside at the end of your driveway. This service is strictly delivery. We always recommend that two people be available to assist in bringing the box(es) into your home or business, as most chairs in total parcel include two to three boxes and can weigh upwards of 250 to 300 lbs. Please standard curbside delivery does not include over the threshold delivery, installation, or debris removal. We do however, offer for an additional $199.99, White Glove Delivery. See details below.

Inside Delivery and Installation - May Require Additional Fee We are happy to offer inside delivery and installation on all massaging recliners, also known as White Glove Delivery, for an additional flat fee of $199.99.

This is a comprehensive delivery and set-up service which includes scheduled delivery (up a maximum of two flights of stairs), unpacking, product installation, including comprehensive operational check-list, and finally removal of all debris and packing materials from the set-up site. Generally, the installation will take about one hour.Upon completing your order, Massage Chairs Gives Back will email an electronic order confirmation, and subsequent shipping notification and tracking numbers as appropriate. We want our customers to be informed every step of the way. The product ships to a local delivery terminal, and upon arrival, a schedule and delivery call will be set-up. All White Glove Deliveries are performed between 8:00am and 5:00pm M-F - generally with a four hour delivery window. We ask that you please be sure to include any special instructions at this time, if there are any tricky driveways, or delivery circumstances.Delivery will be made, as scheduled, via lift-gate truck; the the driver is responsible for transport and unloading.

ALWAYS INSPECT THE PRODUCT BEFORE SIGNING the Proof of Delivery. Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign the Proof of Delivery. Always notate if there are any signs of damage to the package(s). If REFUSING the package due to damage, be sure to clearly notate that on the POD.

For Home Use: Luraco includes a 5-year limited manufacturer's warranty. This covers parts and labor with in-home service for the first 3 years at no cost to you. All 5 years of the warranty cover the frame against manufacturers defects in material or workmanship.

For Commercial Use: This chair includes a 2-year manufacturers warranty for commercial use. The first 6 months includes both parts and labor at no cost to you. Cost of parts is covered at no cost to you for the first year. The structural framework of the massage chair is covered for the entire 2 years of the warranty.

What is NOT Covered: This warranty does not cover any loss or damage resulting from: Improper installation alterations, or modifications of original condition, or unauthorized repairs This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use of electrical/power supply, electrical disturbances, and power surges This warranty does not include any shipping expenses incurred This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear including leather or fabric covering. The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally, accidental or neglect: including but not limited to stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns, loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility, or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of this product. Implied Warranty Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 3-year portion of this warranty for home use and 6-month portion of this warranty for commercial use. With regard to the structural frame, it is limited to the duration of the 5-year portion of this warranty for home use and 2-year portion of this warranty for commercial use. In no case will LURACO be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on account of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property (other than the product) or other economic losses. LURACO shall not be liable for any personal injury, property, or any incidental or consequential damages of any kind resulting from malfunctions, defects, misuse, improper installation or alteration of this product.

Optional 5-Year Extended Warranty:  $395.00 - Optional 5-year extended warranty package that covers parts and labor for a full 5 years with included in-home service.
